you are so right about the excess skin. i lost weight very fast i started taking diet pills i got scared because my doctor told me i had high cholesterol. i started in january and by may i had lost 60 pounds i did cardio everyday i also did what i thought was weight training for toning. i do have loose skin in a way on my thighs and arms but this is all after pregnancy. i dont know man im discouraged.

What you said about burning off calories was somewhat true. But you really don’t need to compare what you burned off to what you eat daily. There are a certain amount of calories you need daily for your body to function healthily. What people struggle with is going over their recommended calorie intake. If any of you are just go on google and ask what you should be getting daily. It ranges for age, gender, and weight. So stick to close to around your recommended intake daily and keep exercising!
you talk a lot of what you do today.. can you talk some of how it was when you first started? Motivation say be day. did you skip days, get a personal trainer, etc..

Just a quick little tidbit…the average woman burns between 1500 and 1700 calories a day as their basic metabolic rate. To just breathe and move around as a normal person, a woman burns that many calories…I love your vids. They are entertaining as well as informative. keep up the fantastic work.

Your arms look great, and I am a nutritional science major and what you have been saying is right, also your suppose to be drinking at least 10 cups a day which is a bottle water after every meal. But girl you look great!
